I have created a Bitbucket workspace from admin.atlassian.com and added my account to its admins group. When I try to access it from Bitbucket I don'see the "Create" button to add a project or a repository to it. If I click its "Manage" button, I see the following message:

You do not have access to view this workspace. To access this page, you may need to log in with another account. You can also return to the previous page or go back to your dashboard.

I tried to remove and re-add my account as an admin, but nothing changed. I have noticed that in the Atlassian admin console, under "Atlassian Apps" I see 1 user for that App, but under "Billing" I see 0 users.

Hi @grazioli

This is not something that will be able to be resolved in community. Can you please let me know your timezone so I may raise a ticket on your behalf with our support team that operates within your working hours?

Cheers!
