Hello there!

In my company, we have a Jira endpoint/site per service and a unique Bitbucket account with different workspaces corresponding to each Jira site. Now, when I try to create a Bitbucket branch from a Jira issue, I'm always redirected to the same Bitbucket workspace (probably the first one created) and not to the targeted one. Everything seems to be well configured though... Any idea of what can happen?

Thank you for the help!

Hello @Guillaume Cuffel and welcome to the Community!

When creating a branch through a Jira issue you will be redirected to a page like the following:

This page is not particular to any workspace. Instead, it will list all the workspaces and all their repositories to which you have write access, in the format workspace/repository.

You can then click on the Repository dropdown, and start typing the name of the workspace and repository where you want to create the branch, and it will filter the list accordingly. When you find the workspace/repository you are looking for, you can click on it and select Create

Hope that helps! Let us know in case you have any questions.

Thank you, @Guillaume Cuffel !

Thank you Patrick for the reply.

The problem came from the fact that I though the dropdown field you framed in your answer was nonwritable. We have so many projects that the repository was only showing the repos from the same workspace. Now, when I type the workspace name in it, I can filter the repos I'm looking for.
