I cannot receive secrity code from bitbucket

Hi support,

I need to access the following URL  [REDACTED]

and tried to log in with [REDACTED]

Bitbucket request me 6 digit security code but cannot receive the mail

I cannot find any mail in spam box either

Could you check the mail account?

I have checked our SMTP logs in the backend, and can see that we sent an OTP email to your email inbox.

Please have your email administrator ensure that the following email addresses and IP's are whitelisted:
