I created an account to try to see if it would be beneficial for me and it is not, so I'd like to delete my account however I receive this message and I don't know what to do. This is the reason why I'd like to have my account removed because this platform is way too confusing for me.

You can't delete your Atlassian account because it's currently set as a billing admin for one or more products (Bitbucket, Jira,...) or apps. Atlassian blocks deletion to prevent orphaned subscriptions.
I suggest removing the current account as the billing admin by replacing it with another account, or cancel all current subscriptions in the instance.
Here are the steps you can follow:
After finishing, go back to your profile at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences → try to Delete account again.
