That specific error message, "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: ...)", indicates a server-side issue with Atlassian/Bitbucket and not a problem with the data you entered.

Since you received an Issue ID, the best course of action is to contact Atlassian Support immediately and provide them with the screenshot and the unique ID (ba0f403c182c41d5b1104a41d9e5b062c). This ID will allow their team to look up the exact failure in their logs and fix the issue.

Try these common steps, though the error strongly points to a server issue:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again.

  • Use a different web browser (e.g., if you're using Chrome, try Firefox or Edge).

  • Try to create a workspace with a different ID just in case the original ID (test-xiaban) was successfully reserved but the final linking failed (a known intermittent bug).
