Try these common steps, though the error strongly points to a server issue:
Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again.
Use a different web browser (e.g., if you're using Chrome, try Firefox or Edge).
Try to create a workspace with a different ID just in case the original ID (test-xiaban) was successfully reserved but the final linking failed (a known intermittent bug).
