I've been watching a repository, but I'm no longer receiving email notifications for pull requests. I still get emails from all the other repositories I'm watching, and my colleagues who are also watching this same repo are receiving notifications as expected. I used to get emails for this repository as well, but they suddenly stopped about a month ago. As far as I know, nothing has changed on my end.
Welcome to the community.
Could you check the repository if all notifications are checked/ticked?
Regards,
Mark C
Hello @Mark C ,
Thank you for your response.
Could you please guide me on how to check this? I don’t see any “Notifications” or email-related options in the repository settings. As far as I know, the settings should be correct—others watching the repository are still receiving emails, but I’m not, even though nothing seems to have changed on my end. The emails just suddenly stopped.
Please let me know if you’d prefer I open a support ticket to track this. I had tried previously but couldn’t find the correct link.
Thanks again!

Btw, could you confirm if this is related to Bitbucket Cloud (Bitbucket.org) or Bitbucket Server?
