Workspace Admin has sent me multiple invitation but I am not receiving the email for the same. Please help to get it resolved.
I've checked your email address and can't see any SMTP bounces received from your mail server that would indicate a blockage.
Just in case - please ask your email admin to follow the below article and whitelist our email addresses before the workspace admin sends another invitation:
If this still doesn't work - please have the workspace admin cancel the invitation, then send the invitation again and let me know the date/time (and timezone) that the new invite is sent so I may check it in our backend.
