The school has projects required bitbucket with our uni email. I am Not receiving bitbucket account verification email although I double-checked my email address its correct.

I see you've also opened a support case and one of our customer advocates has started troubleshooting privately. Our email system will stop trying to send notifications to addresses if the receiving mail server reports errors (in order to not overwhelm the receiving mail server with potentially undeliverable requests), which can cause some problems with email verification. Providing the email address is necessary to help track down why these emails aren't being delivered, and I see you've done that on the support request. We'll work on the issue and do further communications there.
