I am the CEO of a bunch of computer scientist. They ask me to buy some staff like jira, bitbucket and other. So I did.
Now, on my bank account, I have some notification like
07/04/25 | BQ 000 | 060425 CB****2668 ATLASSIAN NL | 48,34 |
and IT IS A NIGHTMARE TO FNID THE BILL.
First, I don't know if this is a bill from jira or bitbucktet. Then, I spend hour (literally) to search. I find bill from Jira. No total is 48,34 so I guess it is a bill from bitbucket. Then no way to find the bill from bitbucket. I guess I will spend another hour for the bill of bitbucket.
Really, your website is a nightmare. I would love to pay another solution more expensive just to avoid the time I spend going through your website.
Christophe Genolini
CEO,

Hey @Christophe Genolini ,
That sounds very frustrating, I find all of my bills here: https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/my/billing/paidorders (once I logged in with my atlassian account)
Also take into account that the bills might be in USD but your bank statement could be in EUR, so the numbers might not add up.
Cheers,
Peter
Thank you. If I am correct, these are the bill from Jira, not from bitbuket, am I not ?

If you open up the invoices (by clicking on the down arrow next to the invoice name) you should be able to see for which product this was.
I do believe it would list all Atlassian products, so both Jira and Bitbucket. If it does not you might want to look at this page too: https://bitbucket.org/<REPLACE WITH YOUR WORKSPACE KEY>/workspace/settings/plans-and-billing (Just be sure to put in your workspace key
Cheers,
Peter

I fin them. After 8 emails, 4 hours of searching, changing account 3 times, I finaly find them. Knowing that I am charging my time $200/hour, finding bitbucket bills cost me $800.
May be that can be a business? Helping people to find their atlasian bills, and charge them for that. Well, I will not do it, it will drive me crazy.

Can you share where you finally found them so others won't have the same frustrations as you had?

For me, the link is this one :
https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/my/billing/paidorder
The trouble was that I have many account with many different statuts. Some of them are employes that left the company few years ago. So I have to try all the account, most of them did not even show me this page, and the accound that show me this page was not a develloper at all.
And I did not find a page with all the account with all the statut of them. Well, to be accurate, I find such a page, but it was a page for Jira, and the autorization between jira and bitbuket change, so it was even more confusing.
