How trigger Tag Created event?

Hi, 

I don't understand how trigger "Tag created" event? In fact, I enabled it and push a tag on my repository but this action doesn't work. 

The webhook sends payload when "On push" event is available.

I have two questions:

• What are the differences between "Tag created" and "On push" events?
• Why "Tag created" event doesn't send any payload?
