We need to access a code saved in the account of a former employee. We have the email and password to login to the account, but the email has been deleted so we are unable to receive a verification code. Is there any way to receive access to the account without having access to the email?

Welcome to the community!
To receive the verification code, you need an active email inbox. Atlassian has recently introduced a new requirement for verification codes that activates when logging in from an unknown device, which helps protect user content.
Unfortunately, without an active inbox, accessing the account will not be possible.
