How to use maven with Pipelines with encrypted server passwords and an encrypted master password

I want to use maven in my Java based Mulesoft Pipelines builds. This I can do, but my dependencies in maven come from a password protected external <server>. This is fine, but I have to put the password in plain text so far.

Normally, on my dev workstation, I use the maven password encryption feature to mask any passwords used by maven.

How can I achieve this with Pipelines?
