How to resolve the bitbucket enable issue

Hi community , I am not able to create my Bitbucket pipeline, as It asks to enable the option from the Repository Settings->pipelines-> settings ->Enable pipeline and it automatically disables on its own, This is my first time using bitbucket I'm not able to figure out the reason
