As per the latest update I got from my team internally, you will need to contact your bank to provide authorization for the recurring payment transactions from Atlassian, so that future payments with the card you have on Bitbucket won't fail.
Additionally, you can contact our billing and licensing team via this link:
and ask them to provide you with a quote so that you pay the latest invoice.

Hi,
I am trying to pay from India and due to the latest RBI regulations we couldn't store the debit card details and the ECS isn't working and every month i face this issue and my plan is downgraded disallowing my team to commit code & collaborate.
Is there a permanent fix to this issue.
