I looked at https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/add-a-table-of-contents-to-a-wiki-221451163.html but still quite unsure how to auto create a table of content list of my wiki.
I try to create a new page, named tocTest at wiki root. And put below line as content
<<toc / 2>>
But it is just displayed as it. It will not auto create a table of my wiki content
