How to allow commits on some files to a group of people

i have some files on all branches that i've added to Pre Hooks so no one can commit changes on them (blocked them)

i want to enable to only few users so they can commit on those files 

it it possible and how ?

Hi Ferouz, welcome to the Community! 

How did you create the hook? And, more importantly, how did you restrict their access?

If you created a group for them and added that group in the restrictions, then you should be able to create another group with different permissions and add the privileged users there.
