How to access database as I only have group 6 user access from client here.

My client has given me this account to work on his project and make some changes in his website but the problem is the account is only limited to few folders that only are related to frontend while he wants to remove some records from his site's database as well as make other changes that are all server code based. The site is developed in smarty PHP templating engine and I am only provided with frontend files.

   How and where I can ask to for full access? Is there a proper contact/support for this?

Hi Alena, welcome to the Community!

As you're using Bitbucket Server your point of contact is the administrator of the instance. We don't have access to that account or server and, even if we did, we are in no position to grant permissions to other users. Only the administrator can do that. 

Please talk to your client and explain him the situation and he should be able to put you in contact with the right person :)
