My admin email no longer exist. How do i change the admin email to have access to my repo?

Does this concern Bitbucket Cloud or Bitbucket Data Center? I can see in our system that you have a Bitbucket Cloud account, but your question has the tag 'unknown-hosting-type'.
If this concerns Bitbucket Cloud:
If your Atlassian account is not managed, you can change its email address if you remember its password so you can log in to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email.
The following page has more details on email change both for managed and non-managed Atlassian accounts:
If you don't remember the password and if the account is unmanaged, you'll need to regain access to the account's email address in order to request a password reset email, and then log in to change the email.
