I got the following note below, could you help me restore my workspace before the deletion due date?

I went through most of the options and I am not able to find the option to restore the workspaces.

Thank you,

...

As we shared in our November community post, our team is cleaning up unused Free Bitbucket workspaces.
What you need to know:
If your Free Bitbucket workspace is empty and doesn't contain repositories:
It has been scheduled for deletion. No action is needed.
If your Free Bitbucket workspace contains repositories but hasn't been visited in the past 6 months:
We'll deactivate these workspaces on January 15, 2026, making all content inaccessible. To keep your workspace, sign in before May 15, 2026, and click Reactivate workspace. After this date, any inactive workspaces will be permanently deleted, along with their content.
If your Free Bitbucket workspace contains repositories and has been actively used in the last 6 months:
Your workspace is considered active and won't be affected by this cleanup.
To keep your workspace containing repositories, make sure to sign in and visit your workspace by May 15, 2026.
We appreciate your partnership and understanding.

Hey @MickaelT ,

Apart from what Fabio linked, I believe there's some internal issue with manual workspace restoration. Meaning, the Atlassian Support team needs to chime in and reactivate it for you.

I've asked someone from forum support to take a look at this and help out.

Cheers,
Tobi

Hoping to hop on this "have support take a look" train, as I'm having the exact same issue.

Hi @nocean

There is an issue seeing the self-service option to re-activate in the UI but it can be accessed via this direct link:

If you still don't see the option to re-activate, please raise a seperate post (as we are able to see personal details of post authors).

Cheers!

Hi @MickaelT

I've gone ahead and re-activated your account - as other users have mentioned, there is an issue seeing the self-service option to re-activate in the UI but it can be accessed via this direct link:

Please login and check your account - you should see your data now :)

Cheers!
