How can you change how pull request discussions are viewed in the Overview tab of a pull request?

Since installing Bitbucket Server 6.8, the order of discussion activity defaults to most recent at the top.  However, this becomes an issue when someone replies to an older comment and the original post and children move to the top of the activity page.  This can make things confusing when someone posts a task, the developer fixes it, then comments to the task with the commit SHA.  The comments will show up before the actual commit that was pushed.

Any help is appreciated.
