How can I delete my Bitbucket cloud account?

Hi,

I have confluence cloud and bitbucket cloud products.

I'd like to cancel the bitbucket one, but when I press the delete link on my BB profile, it forwards me to "You can delete your Atlassian account from your Atlassian account profile."

But I don't want to delete my (whole) Atlassian account, I need confluence!

How can I delete my Bitbucket account?

Hey there!

It is possible to have the Bitbucket portion of your Atlassian Account removed, while still leaving the rest of the account intact so you can continue using Confluence. Our support team will need to carry this out on your behalf.

If you click this link, you can open a case in our support portal with some of the details pre-filled. The form will guide you through entering the rest of the information needed, like your Bitbucket username.

Once the case is open, a support engineer will help you get your request fulfilled.
