How I can recover deleted repository from web

I have accidentally removed the the 2 repositories from the my workspace, how I can recover the complete  code of it. It is so much important for me.  
Can we recover them  ?

Unfortunately, if you hadn't had a backup of your repositories, it can be hard. Everything depends on the time when the deletion took place.
