There is obviously an outage on BitBucket this morning, but the status page does not reflect that fact.
When I click "Report a problem," I have to answer questions that lead me to the message, "Bitbucket Free comes with Community Support. Upgrade to a paid plan to get one-on-one customer support."
REALLY?!
I have to pay you money for the privilege of letting you know that your system is having issues?
That's stupid beyond any reasonable person's wildest imagination.
