Hi,

I'm trying to set up HTTPS access to a new Bitbucket server and have followed this guide and have added settings to the bitbucket.properties file - https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/securing-bitbucket-server-with-tomcat-using-ssl-776640127.html?_ga=2.98688606.1953006567.1539724285-879943577.1537935589

However the service does not start after changing the bitbucket.properties file. I can see that the HTTPS port does start listening briefly then stops.

This error appears in the stderr log

8070 is the HTTPS port we want to use

If someone can assist that would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Hi,

Further down in the log file there should be a line starting with "Caused by" - this should be the reason for the failed connector start.

Cheers,

Hi Christian,

I can see that in the log

Caused by: org.springframework.boot.context.embedded.tomcat.ConnectorStartFailedException: Connector configured to listen on port 8070 failed to start

I'm not sure what this means however. Are you able to assist?

Thanks
