I was sent a letter stating they are about to nuke my organization and send a code by contacting support, the support page is a useless manaj of nonsense that does NOTHING... I just don't want to lose my data... why in the world would you make it so difficult to contact you...

I understand your frustration. Minimum requirement for you to make a support ticket is to have a Standard tier of your Atlassian product. This tier offers 9 to 5 support. Premium tier offers 24/7 support. Support can be reached here
