HAProxy + bitbucket http to https - changing Base URL via command line, not browser?

When following https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/securing-bitbucket-server-behind-haproxy-using-ssl-779303273.html to convert my http-based HAProxy+bitbucket server to https, step 2 hints to access the administrative panel via browser and change the Base URL.

Is there a way to do this using the command line? I'm afraid that if the reconfiguration fails I'll be locked out for reverting this parameter.

Hi @David Ramirez,

It's completely safe to edit the base URL via the GUI. In case you are not able to access the Bitbucket Server via the new hostname, you still can use the IP address of the machine hosting the Bitbucket Server.
