Git push/clone/pull are very slow

Hello, 

for the last 1 month and so, all interactions with git server on bitbucket are very slow. 

I have a project with about 300 lines of code. I modified 18 line long file and change 1 line. Do a commit and push. Push lasted for 4 minutes. 

My net speed (measured with https://www.speedtest.net/) is 215/219Mb/s

I am not behind VPN or any kind of proxy. 

In the same time, I am using company GIT server, and it is very quickly. Less than 10 seconds.

How can I find out what is a problem?
