Hi

We are trying to reduce our bit bucket size. We have cleared the last commits but still getting messages saying our repo size is above the limit

I think we need a garbage collection from support to action this. Please advise how we can reduce the repo size if this does not work as we have taken steps outlined here. https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/reduce-repository-size/

I am unable to create a ticket to have this actioned and it leads me to this community page

Thank

Hi @Qasim Jabbar,

I can see in our system which workspaces and repos your account has access to, and I ran a git gc for the repository that was over the size limit. Its size is 531.2 MB now. Does this agree with the size of your local repo?

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions and if you need anything further.

Kind regards,
Theodora
