Hello!

One of my repositories has reached 1.2 GB in size and my workspace is now in read-only mode. I would like to request for a garbage collection to be ran on this repo (last two letters are dx, and the last commit was on 2025-05-21). Normally, the total size of all files in the repository tops out at around 220MB, and I have ensured that no other unnecessary large files are in the repository.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

G'day, @mfmatarazzo

Welcome to the community!

I has triggered garbage collection on your repository, but this did not significantly reduce the repository size due to the presence of large files. I recommend upgrading to a paid plan and use the 30-day trial period to help reduce your repository size. Please refer to our documentation below for guidance on using BFG tools to accomplish this.

Maintain a git repository

Once reduced, you can choose to cancel the trial or subscribe to our paid plan to enjoy the features we offer.

Regards,
Syahrul
