Full code reivew

At times we need to do a full code review, i.e. not just for the current merge/pull request.

Is there any plugin or way of doing that?

Would like to put comments similar to PR code review.

Hey Sushil, 

Have you considered using our product Crucible for your code reviews? If you need to do code reviews, outside of pull requests, this is probably your best bet. Otherwise, you would need to make a workflow change so that pull requests will be sufficient.
