Free trial not giving access to compiled binaries (Downloads)

CalibrationTools September 10, 2025

Hello,

I have a workspace containing 4 repositories at

https://bitbucket.org/CalibrationTools/workspace/repositories/

I have just discovered that access to my binary downloads in these repositories has been removed because of the new pricing model.

I have read that if I start a free trial I can get access to my binaries during the trial period, however I cannot get this to work.

When I signed up for the free trial (while logged in under my existing account) the webpage asked me to enter a URL for my new workspace to be associated with the free trial.

I did not want to enter my existing workspace URL, because the language was unclear about whether it was going to overwrite it with a new empty workspace.   So instead I appended "_trial" to the workspace name:

https://bitbucket.org/calibrationtools_trial/workspace/repositories/

I then successfully imported one of my repositories from the original workspace, but still cannot access the Downloads section containing my compiled binaries.

I also cannot upload binaries to any repositories inside this workspace - the "add files" button is still greyed out.

I am somewhat anxious to get access to these binaries again, so any help is very much appreciated.

Simon

Hi @CalibrationTools

To begin your trial, update your billing to standard and enter your card details. This will initiate a 30-day trial. If it doesn't work, please submit a billing support ticket through our support portal here.
