Error in is.data.frame(x) : object 'combinedTable' not found

Hi ,

When I use LOHHLA, there is an error showing: Warning message:
HLA alleles are very similar (fewer than 5 mismatch positions)! Keep that in mind when considering results.

Error in is.data.frame(x) : object 'combinedTable' not found

Calls: write.table -> is.data.frame

Could you help me to address the problem?
