I can't login and am getting this this error, and I can't add a support ticket either. Please help me fix this
You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was in a dormant state, which I believe is the reason for the error you saw.
I reactivated your account. Could you please try logging in when you have some time, and let me know if the issue is resolved?

Could you please try using a different browser or incognito mode? Also, Clear your cookies and cache and check.
Since you can’t log in, you can still submit a support request with atlassian
