Ephemeral macOS runners timeline

The blog post on Dec 3, 2025 said that Ephemeral macOS runners were "coming soon" and said "join the discussion on our Atlassian Community"

Unfortunately it's now about 3 months later, it's been radio-silence on the release, and the link to join the discussion is broken.

What's going on? Is there some kind of beta I can get into?

I'd suggest joining the discussion on the community post that's related to this blog post - there you can add comments which are visible by our development teams:

As for updates, unfortunately there is nothing new to announce and there is no beta released yet. I'd suggest keeping an eye out for future announcements regarding this, as they will be posted publicly.
