I found there was a suppression on your account. There was a bounced message with a reply from your mail server:
2023-09-25T10:02:51.000Z 550 No Such User Here
I have removed this suppression, you should now be able to receive notifications.

@Andy Heinzer thank you for your help. Some of my team members are still not receiving email notifications from our our customers' Confluence products. Is it possible that our accounts are still on the suppression lists of other companies that we're linked to?

@tpiech Thanks for letting me know. I researched this further and found other users that were being suppressed by our system. It looks like maybe your mail server was temporarily down when we tried to send email to it:

These three responses were for each a different email address that shared your domain. All of these came back in a 1 minute period. I can see how our system then suppressed further attempts to these accounts because our system believed the accounts to be invalid now.
I have cleared the suppressions for all accounts on your domain from our side. These users should now be able to get new notifications from us again. Please let me know if there are other users affected here.
