Email blocked, please unblock

Hello, I have 2 email addresses both starting with w and ending with simoncomputing.com that seem to be blocked. Can you fix it? Thank you

I have reviewed our end and notice that there were no bounces on your email, so could you please let me know what issue you are facing that makes you conclude it's an issue with bounce?

I wasn't getting emails from Jira or Bitbucket, but as of today I am again with no change on my end so evidently something got updated. Thank you!
