Hi and welcome to the community!

Are you looking for Bitbucket's Issue Tracker? If so, Bitbucket's issue tracker is not available to repositories belonging to newer workspaces that are administered through admin.atlassian.com.

You can find out if your Bitbucket workspace is administered through admin.atlassian.com the following way:

  1. Open the workspace on Bitbucket's website
  2. Select the cog icon (from top right corner) > Workspace settings
  3. On the left sidebar, look for the section titled Access Management
  4. If one of the option in that section is Product access, then the workspace is administered through admin.atlassian.com

If you have a workspace administered through admin.atlassian.com you can look into using Jira:

You can integrate Bitbucket Cloud and Jira:

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Kind regards,
Theodora

What should be done in order to get back the Bitbucket Issues? We plan to migrate issues from the previous workplace, and now I understand that we stuck..

Hi,

If a repository with issues used to belong to workspace-a and you transferred it to workspace-b, where issue trackers are not available, you can transfer it back to workspace-a to regain access to issues.

After the transfer, you can export issues from the repo's issue tracker, and you can import them to a Jira instance. You can find detailed steps on how to do this here:

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Theodora
