Does BitBucket support data tables?

Linda Liepina June 12, 2017

Hello,

My team is considering to integrate BitBucket, however, our solution with which we want to use it, is managing all of its data in tables.

Does anyone know if BitBucket can read such data? Thank you in advance!

That's more of a git question.  If your tables are in a system that allows git to control access to them, then yes, you can use Bitbucket.  If there's no git access to the tables, then no.

Thank you very much for your answer.

We use SAP as our system, do you know if there is Git control access?

Last time I used SAP, it was totally opaque to source control systems, and had a model of "always roll forward" so in an ideal world, you shouldn't need one.  (In real life, it's a stupid and expensive design and a very good reason for avoiding SAP)
