I donot receive any invitation emails sent to my microsoft account.
However if I send it to my gmail account it works.
how can i fix this?
the user i want to add has access to other workspaces from the microsoft account. But when I add them to this workspace, they never get an invite.

We need to know the email address of the affected account to check our email logs. Please do not post it here, as this is a public forum.
I can see the email address of the community account you used to make this post and all the emails we have sent to it have been successfully delivered to your mail server. Is this the affected account, or a different one?
If this concerns an account with a different email address, are you able to log in to https://community.atlassian.com/ with that email and leave a reply below my answer? I will then be able to view the account's email and check our logs.
If you are unable to log in to https://community.atlassian.com/ with the affected email address, please let me know and I will create a support ticket on your behalf. The support ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff, so you can share the affected email address there.

I am assuming that they checked their Junk Email. It might be something on the Atlassian side. I can escalate it to them so they can take a look at what is happening.
