Directory and code files missing from Bitbucket

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
As you can see in the screenshot, the directory proctor-demo is being shown as some symlink in Bitbucket. No code files are present either. I had pushed all changes from local a few weeks back. Now I come back and see this. On my local git is detecting that files have changed, but when I do `git add` nothing gets staged. It still detects as files modified. Any idea what might have gone wrong?
