Didn’t receive workspace invitation

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

My boss has sent me an invitation to join our Bitbucket workspace, but I haven’t received any email or notification for it. I’ve also checked directly in my Bitbucket account’s workspace section, but there’s no pending invite showing up.

What we’ve tried:

  • The invitation has been sent multiple times from my boss’s side.

  • Checked my email inbox and spam/junk folder.

  • Logged out and logged back in to Bitbucket.

Issue:
I still don’t see the invitation on my account, and no email has been received.

Question:
How can I join the workspace or manually accept the invitation if it’s not appearing in my account? Is there a way to resend or verify the invite link?

You didn't receive this, because your email was added to the Atlassian supression list. Atlassian folks should help you out on this post, if you don't hear from them soon, you need to open a support ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
