Design document on creating a GIT repository on Atlassian in the cloud

I am new to Atlassian and to BitBucket use. Need to set up Bitbucket on Atlassian in the cloud for developers in the company here. Is there a design doc that I can follow to set it for the users ?

Hi Atul, welcome to the Community!

Bitbucket Cloud doesn't have a managing system like Jira and Confluence do, instead, each user will have their individual account that will be managed by himself (they are the admins of their accounts)

I'm not sure what you mean by a 'design doc', but we do have tutorials to help you set up the accounts, like for example Get started with Bitbucket Cloud and Bitbucket Settings.
