Description for JIRA issue not reused in Description for Pull Request

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: JIRA integration

If you under "Development" selects a branch you want to make a Pull Request for, you will as description get the last commit comment and not the issues related Description. Is theire any way to change this (e.g. in a configuration)?

It is not a configuration. So, there is no way to change it unless you modify the underlying plugin. Not recommended 

You can raise a feature request with Atlassian to add it as a configuration. But I think adding the description as PR description doesn't make sense because a PR might be related to a number of issues/commits or might only address part of the solution.
