Hey, we need to start a project and we decided to use bitbucket. I need to add my coworkers to bitbucket workspace but none of my coworkers are receiving invitation mail.
Hi @Atacan and welcome to the community!
I checked the invitations sent from the workspace you administer. Some of them show to have been accepted and there are two that have not been accepted yet.
I checked the email logs for the two that are not accepted yet and I can see that the emails have been delivered. There was a delay in the invitation sent to the email address from the same domain as yours, but it shows as delivered now.
Please ask the users to check their Spam folder in case the invitation ended up there and also if they have any filters that will make our emails skip their Inbox.
Please feel free to let me know how it goes and if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Theodora
Hello as a temporary solution we invited personal emails. Which is not ideal solution. Problem persists. I dont receive invitations, checked all mail folders. Project halted

Hi @Atacan,
Are the invitations sent to you or to your coworkers?
In your first post, you mentioned that your coworkers are not receiving invitation emails, but in your latest reply, you mention that you don't receive invitations.
Please let me know if the issue now occurs with invitations sent to your email address or to another user's email address.
In case this issue concerns another user you invited recently, please ask the user to log in https://community.atlassian.com/ with the affected email and leave a comment in this post (no need to mention their email, I'll be able to see it if there is a comment) so I can check our emails logs.
Kind regards,
Theodora
