Configure Pipeline

I can't configure the pipeline. When I tried to configure, the message,  
"

YOU NEED TO BE AN ADMIN TO CONFIGURE PIPELINES.

Contact the repo admin to give you admin rights to configure Pipelines"

have appeared. I can't understand, why I'm unable to configure bitbucket pipeline.

A repository admin is a user that either created the repository, or has been granted admin access by an existing administrator. A user with write access to a repository does not necessarily have admin access to a repository.
