I'm trying to change email for my Atlassian account and nothing happened. I don't receive any email not on my current or new email. Trying more than a few months without any luck.
I just see the "We just need you to check your email ***@gmail.com and to verify it’s you and complete the update."
but don't receive any email

Checking the logs internally, we observe that the emails are delivered to the organisation's Mail server.
We use the following email addresses to send invitations/product notifications to our users - these must be allowlisted to ensure that there are no blockages from your internal mail server:

Product Notifications
IP ranges from which emails will be sent and that need to be allowed in your email server:

This is possible that your email has been added to the surpression list on the Atlassian's side. To resolve this, you need a support ticket for them here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ - this of course counts if you have either standard or premium version, otherwise someone from the Atlassian team should check it and answer you here.
