Hi,
I am trying to gain admin access to a Bitbucket cloud repository. The current admin has left the company, and our IT department has already deleted their account, making it impossible to use the 'recover password' option to access their account. I've submitted a support ticket (CA-3168606), but Bitbucket support recommended reaching out to the community for help.
Can anyone assist with resolving this issue?

I'm unsure of the specifics, but you will need to reach out to the CA team for further information, otherwise - you'll need to re-enable the mailbox and reset the password.
