Change Atlassian auth on a local repository

I changed my atlassian password today. 

I have a local repository which i tried to push through the command line. 

it came back with the error

`remote: Invalid username or password. If you log in via a third party service you must ensure you have an account password set in your account profile.
fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://HarryHouston@bitbucket.org/phoneboxapp/phoneboxserver.git/'`

I've tried following this walkthrough but can not find my credentials does anyone have an idea of where they might be?
