Certificate Errors on Firefox and Chrome

Myself and some colleagues are all getting SSL errors when trying to access bitbucket.

We are connecting from different networks and use different browsers. Many fonts and images are not loading and seem to be blocked by browsers due to SSL errors. I've cleared the cache and still no luck.

Error messages from Firefox console state:

assets.bb-inf.net SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

Similar errors in Chrome stating:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

this happens for many resources on all pages.

Checked the status page but it indicates no problems, so not sure if I'm the first to report or it is just something particular with our workspace.

Tried again a day later and it all magically started working. I guess whatever was broken on the backend got fixed.
