I am writing to report an issue regarding email notifications from Bitbucket. Since February 5th, 2026, I have stopped receiving all automated emails (mentions, PR updates, etc.).
Could you please help us verify if there are any blocks on our end? Below are the details for your investigation:
- Issue Started: 2026-02-05
- Troubleshooting Done: Checked Spam/Junk folders, verified internal mail server filters
We would appreciate it if you could check whether our email address or the entire organization domain has been placed on a suppression/block list.

Update: It turns out the issue was related to our internal infrastructure settings. I'll be closing this thread now. Thanks for the support!
If you are not receiving email, first check your email settings. I was also facing the same issue and got it resolved by first solving the setting issues. Then, make sure all of your tabs are in working.

Appreciate the help. I haven't touched any configurations, so it’s strange. It seems more like a delivery block between Bitbucket and my organization's mail server.
